This privacy policy applies to the Cheffing app (hereby referred to as "app") for mobile devices that was created by Panique Labs (hereby referred to as "We") as a free mobile app. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The app does not collect any personal information other than the ones publicly exposed by the chosen authentication method, or the information that you provide yourself. This information includes information such as:

• Your name
• An optional (custom) name, or how you would like to be called, which is displayed on your profile
• Your profile picture
• An optional profile picture which is displayed on your profile
• Your e-mail
• Your authentication provider
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

We do not gather information about the location of your mobile device.

We may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.

For a better experience, while using the app, we may require you to provide us with certain information on how to improve the service.
The information that we request will be retained by us only and only used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically used to aid the Service Provider in improving the App and their service.

We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the app and for a reasonable time thereafter you stop using it.
You can opt-out and request your identifiable information to be deleted by choosing the 'Delete Account' option in the profile section of the app.

We will try to address your case within a reasonable time.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
